How to Host the Game

Open the Saturday Email
Look for the email from us each Saturday. It includes the playlists, bingo cards, and these instructions.

Print the Cards

Each game includes 100 different cards. You don’t have to print them all, just print what you need! Each page has 2 cards. Cut the page in half and hand them out.

Start the Playlist

Choose the playlist for the round you’re playing. Play the songs in any order you like. Give players a few seconds between songs to mark their cards.

Check the Bingo

When someone calls “Bingo!”:

  1. Pause the music.

  2. Ask to see their card.

  3. Make sure the songs or artists they marked were actually played.

  4. If it’s correct, they win!

Note About Artists: If an artist appears twice on a card, the player must hear two different songs by that artist to mark both spots.

Give a Prize

We recommend giving a gift card.


Top tip: Make the gift card valid for their next visit, not the same night. That encourages players to come back!​​

Start the Next Game

There are 4 total games in your email. You can play all 4, or just the ones that fit your crowd best. Take a break between rounds if you’d like!

Bonus Tips

  • Use a microphone if your bar is loud.

  • Players play individually, but they’re encouraged to help the people they’re sitting with, it makes the game more fun!

  • Want the game to be super easy? Call out each song name after you play it (optional).

  • Have fun with it! Joke around, promote your food and drink specials, and keep the vibe light.

FAQ – Quick Answers

Q: Do I have to play all 4 games?

Nope! You can play 1, 2, 3, or all 4. You can even repeat a favorite round later in the night.

Q: What kind of cards do I use?
Each round is set up as either a Song Title or Artist Name game. We tell you which is which.

Q: Do I have to print all 100 cards?
No. Just print what you need for your crowd size.


Q: What if I don’t have Spotify or Apple Music?
Apple Music lets anyone play 90-second previews, even without an account.


Q: Can players help each other?
Yes, but only the people they’re sitting with. No cross-table help!


Q: How long does the game take?
You control the pace:

  • 30 seconds per song = fast game

  • Up to 90 seconds = longer game

  • Most full nights last 90 minutes to 2 hours

 

Q: What’s the best prize?

A gift card for a future visit is perfect, it gets people to come back again.
