Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: When I buy, how do I get the game?
A: Immediately after purchase, you will be able to download the content straight from our website. A few minutes after purchase, you will also receive the content in an email.
Q: How many times can I play the video version(s) that I purchased?
A. Each trivia pack includes multiple unique games, with every game designed for a single playthrough since the questions remain the same. However, you’re welcome to replay the games with new groups anytime you’d like.
Q: Is there a time frame that I have to play it by/within?
A: All the game contents are downloadable, so you have them forever. Meaning there is no time frame.
Q: What is the difference between the PDF and the video version?
A: With your purchase, you are given a PDF version of the game with the questions + answers and a video version of the game. The video version is primarily designed for people who want to play together with their friends/ family by putting the game up on the TV. The PDF version is designed for people who might have a slightly larger group. That way they can have an assigned "host" who has the PDF with the questions and the answers. That host can lead the game for their group.
Q: Does everyone have to be in the same place to play?
A: The games are primarily designed to be played with everyone in the same place. With that said, you could certainly do something over Zoom where you play the video via Zoom for everyone, or you have one person hosting the game with the PDF while everyone else plays along. It can be flexible for you!
